Buffalo News Recognizes Class Action Certification in ADA Lawsuit Against NYS, Gov. Kathy Hochul, Brought by KSLN Attorneys Bruce A. Goldstein and Alexander J. Douglas

The Buffalo News recently published an article regarding KSLN attorneys Bruce A. Goldstein and Alexander J. Douglas and their successful certification of two sub-classes in their Americans With Disabilities Act litigation against Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities pending in U.S. District Court, Western District of New York.  The case has been pending for eight years, and now can officially move forward as a class action.
