Pat and his wife, Katie, reside in a restored Victorian home in historic Allentown with their two sons, Patrick and Connor, along with two Labrador retrievers and an assortment of Katie’s stray cats. Pat enjoys collecting paintings from local artists, drinking great wine, and playing golf.



A managing and founding partner of KSLN, Mr. Kenney is one of the most active defense trial attorneys in Western New York. He is the Co-Chair of the Firm’s Defense Practice Group. For more than 20 years, he has been defending individuals and corporations in all types of complex litigation, including tractor trailer and motor vehicle litigation, construction and labor law, professional liability and D&O, product liability and liquor liability. Pat’s accomplishments in the courtroom have earned him the recognition as a New York State “Super Lawyer.”


In addition to managing KSLN, Pat is active in CLM and currently serves as the Regional Co-Chair for New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.  Pat recently completed the Litigation Management Institute’s certified comprehensive study of the business of litigation management.
