ATTORNEY PROFILE
David has over 25 years’ experience as a trial attorney handling all phases of insurance defense litigation in State and Federal cases. He has focused his practice on matters involving products liability cases, automobile and premises liability claims, claims against municipalities and school districts, professional liability claims and employment practice claims. He had tried cases to verdict in both State and Federal courts and has successfully argued appeals in the New York State Appellate Courts and US Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
