Justin, a Bengals fan hiding in Bills Country, is a recent hockey convert who became a Sabres fan at the urging of his wife just in time to watch every player he’d ever known get traded away in back-to-back tanking disasters. Now if only he could get his wife to watch fútbol with him.

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Hendricks joined Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak in 2015 as an associate in the Self-Insured and Insurance Defense Litigation group. Prior to joining KSLN, Mr. Hendricks worked as an associate for a personal injury firm in Buffalo, New York, where he handled all aspects of a client’s file. This included extensive work on pre-litigation preparation for settlement negotiations, legal research and drafting, motion practice, and regular Court appearances at New York State Supreme Court, as well as arguing before the Appellate Division Fourth Department. Not a native of Western New York, Mr. Hendricks moved to Buffalo to attend SUNY Buffalo Law School after working in the telecommunications and banking industries. Mr. Hendricks earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame with majors in Political Science and Economics and a minor in the Hesburgh Program in Public Service. During law school, Mr. Hendricks had the invaluable opportunity to student law clerk for Hon. Frederick J. Marshall, J.S.C., and garnered fascinating incite into local government and politics while interning with the Erie County Attorney’s Office.
